By Faith, the walls of Jericho fell down, after they were compassed about seven days

(King James)

Currently on our Tuesday night study we are going through the book of Joshua. The series is entitled “Marching On”. Through this great book we see the nation of Israel moving into uncharted waters. It opens by telling us that Moses, their leader had died. They are in the middle of the desert. To help us feel where they are at in this book we need to try to put ourselves into their shoes. How would you feel? Have you ever experience major changes in your life? In our studies we will seek to discover the keys to Joshua taking on his new leadership role. And what was it that kept the nation  “Marching On”. Remember that you can download your copy of our weekly study notes by visiting our notes section. Below is a sample of our studies.

Keys to victory study…Joshua chapter 4 “Jericho”

1st Victory is found “BY REMEMBERING” who is in charge.

2nd Victory is found “BY FOLLOWING” God’s methods and not man’s  method.

3rd Victory is found “BY NOT QUITTING”

"Dr. Alan Redpath in his commentary on Joshua suggest that many people don’t see the answers to their prayers simply because they have stopped one round short in their conquest of their personal Jericho. We may have been doing the right things, but we simply stop doing them."

Hope to see you on Tuesday night. All are welcome
